Gangster of the ward, Hideki Masamoto strikes fear in patients who skip out on their physiotherapy sessions. Though his hardworking nature and compassion made him admired by many, his overwelming strength, short stature and even shorter temper earned him his current title.However abrasive he's known to be, his gentle and milder sides are shown around children, making him a favorite among parents. He dreams of an every day routine that doesn't make his blood pressure-rise but his overbearing, busy-body impluses give him the opposite effect.

17~23 years old, in high school he was the vice-president and the judo club's manager where he would care deeply for his peers and worry over their health. Often deliquents would take advantage of his easily-guilted personality as all they had to do was say the right words and he would let them off. In university, he had become a little more stern but his compassionate side was something he never out-grew.

As expected, Hideki himself isn't so pleased with the fact he's got a demon child whispering in his ear but at least he's got enhanced strength and rapid recovery so he's got that going for him.

After university, instead of going into physiotherapy, he took a different route into a more stressful line of work. Needing to make quick, life-saving decisions, being there when there's a suicidal person on the roof or on site at a hostage situation, Hideki finds himself dragged about places as a paramedic.
